- Participates in activities related to career exploration and ultimately employment.
- Develops effective strategies for individualized job development/placement/support.
- Assists in developing individualized skills necessary to seek, obtain and maintain employment.
- Job coaching.
- Advocate on behalf of individual for accommodations needed for successful employment.
- Provides prospective employers with appropriate support and information; responds appropriately and respectfully to employer’s concerns regarding hiring individuals with disabilities to include needed accommodations, when necessary.
