Module 2:
Introduction to Employment Pathways
– What is taught: Types of employment (competitive, supported, remote, parttime); entry vs growth roles; basic labor expectations.
– How it is taught: Pathway map; role spotlights; expectation matrix (attendance, comms, feedback).
– Practice: Compare 2 roles to Worker Profile; pathway selection worksheet.
Module 3:
Resume & Application Basics
– What is taught: What employers look for; resume anatomy (chronological vs skillsbased); common mistakes.
– How: Templates; examples; keyword identification.
– Practice: Draft 1page resume; list 10 keywords per sample posting.
– Evidence: Resume checklist score ≥85%; ATS friendly format.

Job Search Readiness Habits
– What is taught: Timeblocking; routine design; EF aids; emotional regulation during search.
